I believe that we all have times when we can benefit from some extra help.

I am a compassionate and inclusive therapist, qualified in both integrative counselling and coaching. I can offer weekly sessions for short or long term therapy, depending on your needs. 

 

Working together, we can explore where you are and articulate where you want to get to. Ultimately, my aim is to help you find your own inner guide.
