About me

I work as a counsellor for undergraduates at Ravensbourne University. I trained at The Minster Centre and the University of East London (PGDip Integrative Counselling and Coaching, distinction). I have bachelor's (hons) and master's degrees in other fields. I have twenty years' experience working in a range of roles in the third sector and my volunteering experience includes supporting vulnerable clients at the local Food Bank.

I am particularly interested in supporting women to feel more empowered. We all have inner critics and champions within us. In my experience, the voice of the inner critic can be strong for women, particularly when looking to progress in a career, face change, become a parent or embark on big steps. I support women to handle doubt and overwhelm by accessing existing buried resources. This can lead to a greater sense of clarity and choice.

I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and work to their ethical framework. My practice is inclusive.
